Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty.

We offer at least a 6-month warranty on all items we sell.
Many items are imported from overseas and if there is a local South African distributor they are under no obligation to offer warranty services and you will need to send your item back to us for warranty support.
All imported VR have a 6-month warranty from us as there are no local agents.
If your product has a longer international warranty we will assist with this but you will be liable for any return shipping fees to the manufacturer and back.

There is no warranty on cables of any kind.

Toys have a working out the box warranty only.

Returns, Cancelations, Refunds, and Repairs

You may return an order of any standard item within 7 days of delivery as long as it is in the original packaging and has not been opened or used.

Returned orders within the 7 days will have a restocking and handling fee, of 15% of the total price that will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Items returned after 7 days and up to 30 days in the original packaging will be accepted upon consideration on a case by case review only.
You may not use an item, decide that you don't like it and then return it.

Under no circumstance will we accept items for return after 30 days from delivery.
You may not return an item if it has been opened or used. Any opened boxes or items that appear to have been used will not be accepted for returns.

All imported items will have to be returned to the international supplier.
Nearly all our products are sourced from international vendors.

We do not backup or save software on items that are sent in for repair. Please backup or upload to cloud services any software, documents, pictures, etc.
We will not be held responsible for any loss of data.

The return shipping fee to the international vendor will be deducted from your refund.  


Shipping costs are not refundable. Special request orders and specialized items will be refunded on a case per case review. 

As per the ECA act 2002 chapter VII section 43 paragraph 4 (b) we do Not refund the shipping fee, including the cost of importing and the cost of returning the item to our supplier.  

Refunds

We offer a full refund on Items not in stock or available for immediate despatch from our international suppliers. If an item arrives faulty out the box or has a manufacturing fault within 7 days of delivery we will arrange for a refund or exchange of the item. 

We do not offer refunds caused by delays or unforeseen circumstances or customs delays.

Refunds can take up to 4 weeks to process if the item has to be returned to origin.

We do not issue cash refunds on returned orders due to "buyers remorse" or "buyers mistake" or any other reason. We will offer store credit for these returns, less the restocking fees up to 15% on most products, and these must be returned within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Any returned items must be in the original box and in unused condition.

DAMAGED DELIVERY

If your package arrives damaged you may refuse delivery at no cost to you. Please Contact us immediately if this happens. If possible take a photo of the box and contents. Do not sign the courier waybill if the parcel appears to be damaged.
