General Shipping Information
Most of our products are dispatched from international warehouses to our South African office in Edenvale, Gauteng. Some items may also be sourced locally, depending on availability.
While many products are held in stock at our local and international distribution centers, please allow approximately 7–10 working days for local delivery, as the majority of our products are imported from overseas suppliers.
Delivery Policy
CyberTrek is an online-only business, and we do not offer Cash-on-Delivery (C.O.D.) services. Customers may, however, pay a non-refundable 20% deposit when placing an order and settle the remaining balance upon collection from our Edenvale office.
- The balance must be paid within 7 days of the item’s arrival in Edenvale.
- If full payment is not received within this period, CyberTrek reserves the right to resell the item, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Orders are processed only after full payment or deposit funds have cleared.
Delivery Timeframes
Local (South African) deliveries typically take 7–10 working days, excluding weekends, public holidays, and religious holidays. Delivery times are provided as a guide only, as delays may occur due to shipping, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note:
- Delivery is door-to-door.
- We do not ship to Post Office boxes, but delivery to The Courier Guy Lockers is available on request.
- Shipping to international destinations can be arranged on request; the rates displayed on our website apply to South African deliveries only.
During peak seasons, such as December, courier and customs networks may experience backlogs that can extend delivery times.
Shipping Insurance
If you require shipping insurance, please request a quote before placing your order or arrange coverage directly with your own insurance provider.
If your parcel is insured and goes missing in transit (either inbound to us or outbound to you), CyberTrek must first follow the courier’s or shipper’s claim process before any refund or replacement can be issued.
Ownership & Risk
Ownership of goods transfers to the buyer once the item leaves our premises. All risk associated with delivery thereafter passes to the buyer, including delays, damage, or loss during transit.
We cannot issue refunds or cancellations for delivery delays, as timelines are estimates only.
Collections
We do not have a walk-in retail store. Collections from our Edenvale office can be arranged by appointment only once payment has been received.
