This microscope stage temperature control system ensures accurate, stable thermal control of live biological specimen observations. Ideal for checking semen motility, it is sized specifically for the user's stage warming needs and is adaptable to all brands of biological compound and stereo microscopes. The stage warming deck is made of high-tensile aluminum which maintains a precise, constant temperature of less than ±0.1° C between a set range of 20° C to 52° C. Pre-heating the stage takes 1 to 2 minutes resulting in reaching the constant temperature desired. This stage warmer is ideally suited to maintain stable specimen temperatures while examining or analyzing sperm motility and velocity or other live biological specimens under a microscope.
110V standard, supplied with multi-plug 220V converter, can be used in South Africa and world-wide.

HEAD: The bScope is equipped with a Siedentopf type head, 360° rotatable, with 30° inclined Ø 23.2 mm tubes. Binocular and trinocular models comes with a diopter ± 5 adjustment on left eyepiece. Zoom Optics

Each key magnification in the zoom range has a detent for improved repeatability, especially when performing measurements.
1080p Digital Imaging
The built-in camera and 11.6” high-definition screen bring images to life with clarity and precision. Use the included wireless mouse to navigate the on-screen controls, then capture and edit photos using a variety of measurement tools. Ergonomics and Illumination
The microscope is pre-mounted to a tabletop stand, which features a large base for stability, and rack-and-pinion focus. Focus is controlled by symmetrical knobs with adjustable tension located on either side of the track-style column. A clip-on LED ring light can be easily detached or attached to the head as needed, and provides bright, even, low-heat illumination. Brightness and magnification controls are ergonomically grouped together to promote an efficient workflow.

The stage warming deck is made high tensile aluminum which maintains a constant temperature less than +/-1° C between a setting range of 20° C to 50° C. Pre-heating the stage takes 1 to 2 minutes resulting in reaching the constant temperature desired. This stage warmer is ideally suited to maintain stable specimen temperatures while examining or analyzing sperm motility and velocity or other live biological specimens under a microscope.

High-quality glass optics are used to provide clear, sharp images. Three objective lenses (4X, 10X, 40X) can be selected for increasing levels of magnification. Two eyepieces are included (10X, 20X) to increase the total magnification range to 40X-1000X. This will accommodate a wide variety of specimens, including cells, bacteria, and even sand. With two built-in lights, you can switch from the lower light -- which is used for slides -- to the top light for opaque specimens. The head can be rotated 360° to match the user's preference.
Everything needed to start using the microscope is in the box, including a starter set of slides with a mix of already-prepared slides, and some blank ones for preparing your own.
